One Click Links (Deprecated)

One Click Links have been deprecated. Please upgrade to Email-authenticated client portals.

One Click Links are a way to send your clients a single link to their portal that they can access without needing to remember a password.

If a client visits the portal from this link, they will be automatically logged in.

Using One Click Links in email templates

If you want to add your client's one click link, go to their Email Templates, and use the merge tag {Client_Portal_One_Click_Link}.

Changing templates to use One Click Links

If you want to change all of your Email Templates to use one click links, go to your email templates, and click Set to One Click.

To change your templates to stop using one click links, click Set to Link + PW. This will change all your email templates to use a link + password setup.
