Close Statuses are a way to add a status to each client's close. These can help you keep a high level understanding of where each close is and who should be responsible for it.
For example, you can use Close Statuses as part of your handoff – so QC managers can keep a filtered list of which closes are Ready for Manager Review.
You can customize your close statuses from your Practice Settings in the Practice and Statements -> Tasks section.
You can also set up custom email notifications when closes statuses change in your Close Status Settings.
If you assign a person or role here, they will be notified whenever a close changes to that status. For example, in the screenshot below, moving the close to "Ready for Manager Review" will notify the Reviewer for that close.
