Bulk Editing is a feature in Keeper to make it easier to bulk-edit transactions. You can think of this like the QuickBooks Accountant Reclassify Transactions tool, but it also allows you to edit Payees, and filter and sort by any property of that transaction.

You can also use this tool to bulk add transactions to your client's portal.

Bulk Add to Memo

If you have multiple client answers you want to add to their memo, here's how to bulk add those:

  • Go to the Transaction Questions report
  • Select the transactions you want to edit
  • Switch to the "Set Description" tab of the bulk editor
  • Click Bulk add client responses
