Sticky Notes

A sticky note is a way to leave a note on your Client Portal that they can see when answering your questions.

For example, you might want to tell your clients to let you know if they open a new bank or credit card account.

Setting up sticky notes

Sticky notes are a practice level setting, and you can turn them on by going to the Practice Settings Wheel -> Client Portal Settings -> Sticky Note.

From here, you can enable sticky notes and leave a message for your clients.
