Resources allows you add a tab to your Client Portal where you can leave permanent notes for your clients.
Commonly, Resources are used for things like:
A link to the client's specific Google Drive folder
- A link to an IRS resource (e.g., the IRS form W9)
- Other firm How-To's / instructions
- the client's specific Hubdoc/Dext receipt forwarding email address.
To enable resources, go to Practice Settings -> Client Portal Settings -> Resources, and then enable the toggle.
To edit a client's Resources tab, go to their close, then go to the Client Portal, then click Resources.
