The Client Portal

The Client Portal is where your client can answer your questions.
In the Client Portal, your client has the ability to answer your questions and add attachments, if necessary. They can also ask you questions if you enable Questions from Your Client.
If you mark a transaction question as resolved in Keeper, it will be removed from the list of transactions your client sees in their portal.
