heads up ! keeper docs is now deprecated, and this page is not maintained please visit keeper's help center at help keeper app for the latest docs and guides you can let your clients ask you questions from the client portal to enable this setting, click the practice settings wheel in the top right hand corner of keeper, then click the client portal settings button, go to the inbound questions tab, and check enable questions from clients note enabling questions from clients is a practice level setting and will add this feature to all of your clients' portals once enabled, your clients will have a third tab in their portal where they can ask you questions to see these questions in keeper, go to the client questions section of a close and add the questions from client report note like all other questions, marking these as closed will hide them from the client portal we suggest leaving them open until your client acknowledges that they are satisfied with your answer
