If you want to prevent changes from being made to your reports after you configure them, you can lock your reports. Once reporting is locked, no reports are editable – they can only be printed. To make further changes, disable the lock and then re-enable it when you have finished.

This feature is only available to Practice Admins & Super Admins, so standard users cannot access it.

To lock your reports, go to your **Practice Settings Wheel** -> **Practice and Statements** -> **Statements and Reporting** -> **Lock Reports**.

When reports are locked, templates can still be changed by Practice Admins and Super Admins.
